These Terms govern your use of velanixapps.com and the mobile apps and games published by Velanix Apps (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps and games for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded from.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute our apps or games.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools in our games.
• Do not use the Services for anything unlawful or harmful.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow those platforms' policies. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Intellectual property

All content, code, artwork, and trademarks in the Services belong to Velanix Apps or its licensors.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velanix Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
